Training - when a little extra help matters!

We want you to achieve the very best out of OKUM right from the 'Get-Go' without having to expend unnecessary time and effort mastering a new software package. To attain this objective, we encourage you to contact us and arrange online free training which provides the opportunity to undertake the connection of OKUM to your existing OpenCart and Kashflow software packages.

Training Costs are Free!

We provide free training (subject to conditions as set out below) to assist you in mastering our OKUM product. Training is only given to One nominated contact and must be agreed by us in advance. I.e. when requested, training will be offered at a suitable time within our telephone business hours and is limited to 15 minutes per session. We do not provide free training on either OpenCart or Kashflow, it is strictly only applicable to the OKUM service that updates these two separate software packages. We are only too happy to explain any processes or actions on OpenCart and Kashflow that are necessary for OKUM to provide an effective stock control system.

OpenCart ↔ OKUM ↔ KashFlow

Training includes helping you set up OKUM to access your OpenCart and Kashflow data so that OKUM can detect new orders as they are placed. Once they are connected, it will not take long to begin processing orders at the 'speed of lightening'. All training is provided by telephone, but may occasionally (if difficulties arise) require access to your computer. In these circumstances we obtain your permission and directly operate your computer to assist you. You can of course refuse this permission.

If you need training beyond the terms set above, then we offer telephone based assistance in conjunction with remote (Computer to Computer) assistance for the discounted rate of £20 (plus VAT) per hour. All training is provided and charged in 15 minute sessions.
